Re-Launching Program of the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) SM-TESDA Enterprise-Based Training on Customer Services and Warehousing Programs


TESDA Partnership and Linkages Office (PLO) Executive Director Sonia S. Lipio, TESDA III Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez and Provincial Directors of TESDA Region III attended the re-launching program of the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) SM-TESDA Enterprise-Based Training on Customer Services and Warehousing Programs last June 2, 2022 at SM Activity Center, SM Pampanga, San Fernando, Pampanga.
This partnership with TESDA, DSWD, DOLE, SM Markets, SM Homeworld, The SM Store and SM Supermalls envisions to create a convergence among government agencies and industries with capacity building systems in order to establish linkage on employment opportunities by developing the skills of the workforce in an industry-based environment. The strengthening of the skills and qualifications of the Filipino workforce may help address unemployment and job-skills mismatch.
Further, this program also aims to strengthen the qualifications of the Filipino workforce and ultimately address various employment issues in the customer service and warehousing service sector. The program’s curriculum is designed to produce industry efficient retail under the supervision of SM Markets.
