READ: In giving opportunity for the fifteen (15) Bangsamoro MNLF Displaced Workers (Women), Region III-TESDA Bulacan administered a Face-to-Face Community-Based Training for Soap Making (Dishwashing Liquid, Fabric Conditioner, and Bleaching Solution) with Infection Control Program and Basic Entrepreneurship Training at San Jose Heights, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
Ms. Margarita Germar (member of CBTAB), conducted the training and was assisted by Chairwoman Matilde Ayo of Region 3B and Prime Mover for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
