READ: June 8, 2021- Conduct of Provincial Task Forces Levelling Sessions to the barangays of Bulacan, aiming to cascade down to the barangay level the fullest understanding of the EO 70 framework and the Knowing the Enemy (KTE) Framework and provide the experience for a Joint Planning and Alignment of Strategies across Task Forces, among others.

The program was covered by three (3) parts; the Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs) framework; the EO 70 and 12 National Clusters Framework; and the Joint Regional Task Force (JRTF) Undertakings, Concern, and Ways Forward.

400 participants within the Province of Bulacan who have been the contributors of the session were the Provincial Government of Bulacan; DILG Provincial Office Bulacan; National Cadre Team Member from NTF-ELCAC; TESDA Bulacan; and other partner agencies.

The PTF-ELCAC presented significant accomplishments relative to the program such as from the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), and last but not the least is the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for the

Poverty Reduction, Livelihood, and Employment Cluster (PRLEC);

At the conclusion of the session a video message from Sec. Carlito G. Galvez, Jr., Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity, National Action Plan on Covid-19, Chief Implementer, and Vaccine Czar was presented.
