Send-off ceremony for the 182 TESDA trainer-volunteers to be deployed to the Odette-stricken areas in different regions

HAPPENING NOW: Today, January 3, 2022, TESDA Secretary Isidro S. Lapena led the send-off ceremony for the 182 TESDA trainer-volunteers to be deployed to the Odette-stricken areas in different regions.
This is part of the #TESDAmayan initiative which aims to help our fellow kababayans who were severely affected by the typhoon by providing livelihood and skills training related to construction and food production. With the training cum production, the trainees themselves, through the actual guidance and support of the trainers will be able to rebuild their damaged houses.
