Simple Ceremony held on August 2

Outgoing TESDA Bulacan Provincial Director and now Cordillera Administrative Region OIC-Regional Director Jovencio M. Ferrer, Jr. officially turns over the leadership to TESDA Bulacan Provincial Director Maria Gerty D. Pagaran during the simple ceremony held on August 2, 2022 at the TESDA Regional Office 3, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

TESDA Region III Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez thanked OIC-RD Ferrer and welcomed PD Pagaran—assuring his continued guidance and support to the TESDA Bulacan.

He also awarded a Certificate of Recognition to OIC-RD Ferrer for his leadership as assistant regional director and other significant contributions as provincial director in Region III.

The ceremony was also attended by the former Regional Director MGEN Jesus Agacita Fajardo AFP (Ret), MMOAS, other Region III Provincial Directors, and regional office personnel.
