Starter toolkits to the beneficiaries of the STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) scholarship program (July 30, 2021)

TESDA Pampanga Administrative Officer V, Ms. Ellen Z. Rivera distributed the starter toolkits to the beneficiaries of the STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) scholarship program conducted by St. Isidore The Farmer Learning Center Inc. under the qualification of Raise Organic Hogs and Produce Organic Fertilizer both Leading to Organic Agriculture Production NC II.

The starter toolkits are given to deserving beneficiaries in order to address the specific skills needs of the communities through promoting employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.
