STEP Scholars of Nueva Ecija District IV received Training Allowances from TESDA Nueva Ecija during ECQ

On May 14-15, 2020, while the province of Nueva Ecija is still on an Enhanced Community Quarantine, training allowances were distributed by TESDA Nueva Ecija under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) which was supported by Congresswoman Dra. Maricel Natividad Nagaño, following the Social Distancing Measures and wearing of medical gears (facemasks/face shields, gloves, etc.) protocol.

One hundred twelve (112) beneficiaries received their training allowances, totaling to Php162,720.00. District IV Recipients’ skills training and training providers were the following: 1.) Beauty Care Services (Nail Care) NC II, Perform Hair Perming/Straightening, and Perform Hair Perming/Straightening (Leading to Hairdressing NC II) of Pinoy on Top Training and Assessment Center, Inc.., 2.) Dressmaking NC II of JVF Center for Technical Studies and Assessment, Inc., 3.) Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I of Westech Wipi Training Center and 4.) Assemble Electronics Products (Leading to EPAS NC II) of GCTI Gapan Computer and Technical. First day of distribution was held in two different venues, namely, Gymnasium of Brgy. Entablado, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija and at the Office of the 4th Congressional District, Congw. Nagaño, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. Last day of the distribution was held at Brgy. San Mariano Gym, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.
