Subject: Correction on the Statement of Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) requirement in Section I. Invitation to Bid and Section III. Bid Data Sheet – ITB Clauses 5.4 and 5.5

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin No. 02 is issued to clarify, amend and/or modify certain provisions in the Philippine Bidding Documents for the above stated contract, which was posted in the TESDA Region III and PhilGEPS Website dated 18 August 2026, as a result of the Pre-bid Conference held on 02 September 2026.
