TESDA Bulacan Awards Scholarship Programs for WIA and Their Dependents May 28, 2019 In its effort towards TESDA Abot Lahat directive, TESDA Bulacan will train the Wounded –In-Action (WIA) rangers and their dependents. Last May 28, 2019 TESDA Bulacan had conducted an Opening/ Training Induction Program for forty- nine WIA and dependents for the TWSP on Organic Agriculture NC II to be provided by BIO Farm Training Center and Hilot Wellness Massage to be provided by Anastacia College.

The group was welcomed by Regiment Commander BGen William Gonzales while in his behalf, Chief of Staff Col Samuel B. Manzano GSC (INF) PA conveyed the regiment’s appreciation to TESDA during the Training Induction Program. The objective of the training program and other initiatives for the WIA was conveyed in his speech by KAPAGDAKA Project Officer 1Lt Jerome Jacuba and LtC Charlotte Valdez while Provincial Director Grace Corazon C. Castillo gave the TWSP briefing and inspirational message. Ms. Rhealyn A. Manansala, Scholarship focal and Ms. Rowena T. Tolentino, Community Based Training Focal of TESDA Bulacan sat with the FSRR officials to finalize implementation details of other programs identified/ requested by the KAPAGDAKA Project Manager. Other priority programs identified were Bookkeeping and Computer Systems Servicing in consideration of the WIA to be assigned in the offices as they can no longer join the battlefront.
