TESDA congratulated the newly appointed and promoted TESDA employees who took their oath before Secretary Isidro S. Lapena today, January 3, 2022 during the weekly flag raising ceremony.
During the program, Secretary Lapeña also awarded Certificates of Recognition to several TESDA personnel after having rendered years of service in the government. In addition, the Secretary congratulated the Agency, especially the Administrative Service and HRMD, for having attained Level II of the Civil Service Commission’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management.
His TESDA family, also sent their warm greetings to the Secretary, who celebrated his 71st birthday yesterday. The Secretary also reported his own significant activities and engagements for the past week.
