The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) distributed the starter tool kits in Barangay Bebe Matua, Masantol, to 115 students after they finished studying Produce Organic Vegetable under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) given by TESDA sponsored by BUTIL Partylist.
