TESDA employees are encouraged to undergo various skills training (National Certification) and Trainer’s Methodology Level 1

In pursuit of delivering relevant, accessible, high quality and efficient Technical
and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to the Filipino workforce, TESDA employees are encouraged to undergo various skills training (National Certification) and Trainer’s Methodology Level 1 (TM1) which forms part of the agency’s Workforce Development Plan thru TESDA scholarship programs offered by TESDA Technology Institutes.
Through these trainings, TESDA Employees shall be able to provide technical/instructional services to the agency beneficiaries, perform analysis and evaluation of partnership arrangements, among many other functions related to the conduct of TVET services in the country.
