TESDA III Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez together with TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda made a courtesy call/ meeting today with the Municipal Mayor of Guagua Hon. Dante D. Torres.

This meeting aims to enhance and strengthen the continuous partnership between TESDA and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Guagua in the implementation of various skills training in the municipality.
