TESDA maintained its high approval and trust ratings

TESDA maintained its high approval and trust ratings according to a recent survey conducted by an independent pollster.
According to 2021 PAHAYAG Second Quarter Survey conducted by PUBLiCUS Asia, TESDA received a 65 percent approval rating for its performance over the past 12 months, just behind the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) with 67 percent.
Likewise, TESDA was among the most trusted agencies along with AFP and DOST.
TESDA Secretary Isidro S. Lapena attributed TESDA’s recent high approval and trust ratings to the agency’s commitment to upskill and reskill Filipino workers.
Sec. Sid Lapeña also vowed to strengthen TESDA’s advocacy of helping Filipinos by reaching out to all sectors and making its services more accessible and continue pursuing partnerships with the private sector and other government agencies.
