Bitas, Cabanatuan City – Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) Scholars on Events Management Services NC III of City College of Technology and Trade Inc. and at Daan Sarile, Cabanatuan City – TWSP Scholars on Driving NC II and HEO (Backhoe Loader) NC II of Top Link Global College Inc. received their training allowances, following the New Normal Protocols.
