Among the 140 job applicants, seventy-five (75) were hired on-the-spot (HOTS) skilled workers of which 10 were from the Dumagat tribe who were given the skills training through the PRLEC program in San Mateo, Norzagaray (4 HEO Hydraulic Excavator NC II, 3 HEO Truck Mounted Crane NC II and 3 HEO Forklift NC II) they are bound to work on Overseas Project by the EEI Company in Saudi Arabia.
This is another success amongst the various programs provided by the Government agencies under the PRLEC which is aimed to provide employment to the Indigenous People beneficiaries and become part of the economic development in the province.
Documentary requirements of the skilled Indigenous People shall be collaboratively facilitated by the concerned agencies in the cluster.
