TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community-based training program in Dishwashing Liquid Making with one hundred seventy five (175) participants that were also scheduled to received their scholarship training allowances under various qualifications.
Community- based training programs are purposively designed to catalyze the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
