TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community based- training program in Dishwashing Liquid Making with 51 beneficiaries held at St. Isidore “The FARMer” Learning Center Inc., Sta. Ana, Pampanga.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
