TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community-based training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making with one hundred (100) participants at TPKI Mexico and TPKI Apalit.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
