TESDA Pampanga conducted community-based training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making with 26 participants held at Trinidad Village, Calibutbut, Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
