TESDA Pampanga continuously facilitates the distribution of the training allowance of scholars under various TESDA Scholarship Programs.

Today, twenty five (25) scholars of West Central College of Arts and Science Inc. have received their training allowance under the 2020 Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) for the qualification of Housekeeping NC II.
