TESDA Pampanga led the distribution of starter toolkits to fifty (50) scholars for various qualifications under the 2019 STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) Scholarship Program.

The starter toolkits, being one of the benefits under the STEP Scholarship Program, are given to deserving beneficiaries in order to address the specific skills needs of the communities through promoting employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.
