TESDA Pampanga Provincial continuously conducted a series of community based- training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making with the following participants:
a. Solo parent and Senior Citizen at Mabiga Mabalacat – 48 participants
b. Drug Surrenderees at Balay Silangan Reformation Center – 50 participants
c. Solo parent and Senior Citizen at San Pedro, Floridablanca – 46 participants
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
