TESDA Pampanga Provincial Office actively participated in various campaign activities in observance to the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW

TESDA Pampanga Provincial Office headed by Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda actively participated in various campaign activities in observance to the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and their Children (VAWC).
Last December 6, 2021, TESDA Pampanga Provincial Office thru its Gender and Development (GAD) Focal, Ms. Guia Marie V. Fernandez, conducted a brief seminar to promote awareness on the salient provisions of the Safe Spaces Act (R.A 11313) and the law on Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 (R.A 9262).
The personnel and staff participated in various group activities which elevated the campaign to positive advocacy as it enjoins everyone to pursue the common vision of a community free from violence against women and girls, and highlights what can be done to achieve such.
Also, TVET trainers and TESDA alumni took part in the activity by providing free services like haircutting, hair coloring, manicure/pedicure, chair massage and foot spa to TESDA Pampanga female employees and clients.
