TESDA Pampanga represented by Ms. Ellen Z. Rivera distributed the starter toolkits to the beneficiaries of the STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) scholarship program conducted by St. Isidore The Farmer Learning Center Inc. under the qualification of Raise Organic Small Ruminants (Leading to OAP NC II).
The starter toolkits are given to deserving beneficiaries in order to address the specific skills needs of the communities through promoting employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.
