TESDA Pampanga, through TESDA-GPSAT held a TESDAMAYAN Community Based Training Program to the people of Masantol Pampanga as per the directive of TESDA Regional Office.

On August 11, 2021, GPSAT through the leadership of Dr. Alvin G. Sagum held a Community Based Training Program in Value-Added Fish Processing (Fish Deboning and Fish ball Making) to the people of Bebe Anac, Masantol, Pampanga affected by the recent typhoon. A total of 25 residents were trained from the said skills training which will help them in starting their own business and help them to cope up in this time of pandemic.

This is in line with the TESDA Abot Lahat and TESDAMAYAN guiding principle of Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña.
