TESDA Provincial Training Center–Calumpit continues to strengthen its industry partnerships and employment facilitation initiatives through a Pre-Employment Screening with DMP Technology held on September 22, 2026 at PTC Calumpit.

The activity provided SMAW NC II trainees with a valuable opportunity to directly engage with industry representatives, learn about available employment opportunities, company requirements and expectations, and undergo initial interviews and pre-employment assessment.

The engagement was supported by Mr. Renato S. Salas, Center Administrator of TESDA PTC-Calumpit, and Mr. Roderick SM. Alcantara, Vocational Instruction Supervisor, who facilitated the coordination and engagement between the training center, DMP Technology, and the trainees.

Ms. Stephanie B. Jarao, HR Officer of DMP Technology, led the company’s engagement with the trainees, providing valuable information on employment opportunities, qualifications, company requirements, and expectations for prospective applicants. The pre-employment screening also allowed DMP Technology to identify potential candidates who may meet its manpower requirements.

This initiative further strengthens the connection between skills training and employment, providing trainees with a direct pathway to possible career opportunities while reinforcing TESDA PTC-Calumpit’s commitment to industry collaboration and job facilitation.
