TESDA Region III – TESDA Bulacan family congratulates NUP Raymart C. Martin, Bulacan Police Provincial Office for being awarded as the Outstanding Police Community Relations Non-Uniformed Personnel – Regional Level (Central Luzon) for 2021.
NUP Martin was one of the successful graduate of CBTMC from the Philippine National Police. Also, he is indefatigable on supporting the PRLEC program of the government together with TESDA and other partner agencies.
Every each activity of TESDA to the Dumagat in the 3 sitios in San Mateo Norzagaray, Bulacan, he is the unflagging coordinator who is able to provide security in coordinating to his fellow PNP for the members of the PRLEC for the peaceful and successful intervention to be given to the Indigenous People.
