TESDA Tarlac conducted a distribution of tool kits the twenty (20) graduates of Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts Leading to OAP NC II qualification under the Special Training for Employment Program held at Barangay Bulo, Victoria, Tarlac and twenty-five (25) graduates of Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts Leading to OAP NC II qualification under the Special Training for Employment Program held at Barangay Poblacion Sur, San Clemente, and Tarlac.
