TESDA Tarlac conducted a Training Program Orientation on Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII for OFWs, OFW dependents, and displaced workers in Brgy. Laoang, Tarlac, City.

Fifty (50) scholars for the said qualification will undergo the Mobile Training Program (MTP) in their barangay through one of our TVIs, Advance Institute Of Technology (AIT).
