TESDA Tarlac led the distribution of starter toolkits to one hundred (100) scholars for various qualifications under the 2019 STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) Scholarship Program.

The toolkits are for the graduates of Pastry Making and Cake Making (Leading to Bread and Pastry Production NCII), Bread and Pastry Production NCII and Assemble Electronic Products (Leading to EPAS NCII).
