TESDA Zambales headed by PD Melanie Grace T. Romero, together with PTC-Iba Administrator Eugene Peńaranda, coordinated with Philippine Army 3rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion Commander Eugene Henry Cabusao and other PA officers on April 22, 2021 at the PA Camp in Palauig, Zambales. The meeting resulted to a fruitful discussion on partnerships in terms of implementing PRLEC programs and projects as well as skills training for military personnel and prospective trainors to be deployed in various community-based training programs. Initially, there are two (2) barangays in the northern part of the province, which were identified for convergence under PRLEC.
