On April 20, 2021, TESDA Zambales led by PD Melanie Grace T. Romero held an online meeting with the Community Training and Employment Coordinator (CTEC) of Zambales. The discussion was about the revitalization of CTEC, TESDA scholarship programs, training needs identification at the local level, trainers training in entrepreneurship for CTEC, ABC meetings and other possible areas of cooperation.
