The 2015 Central Luzon Skills & Socio Cultural Competition

Held last September 14-16, 2015, the 2015 Central Luzon Regional Skills and Socio-Cultural Competition was hosted by the Province of Tarlac. The event was organized by the Central Luzon TVI Federation (TVI Central) and its member associations in coordination with TESDA Region III.

A motorcade of all the provincial delegates kicked-off the event. It is followed by an Opening Ceremonies which was held at the Aquino Center and Museum, where more than a thousand delegates, guests and audience are welcomed by the representatives of Hon. City Mayor Ace Manalang and Hon.

Governor Victor A. Yap (2015 KABALIKAT Awardee for LGU Category). The Deputy Director General for TESDA Operations of TESDA, Atty. Teodoro C. Pascua also graced the opening as guest speaker.

This will be a 3 day event that showcased the best skilled workers of Region 3 in 18 Trade Areas. This also served as selection process for the region’s representatives to the upcoming Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) and competes against the best in the country.
