To continue reaching out to the communities within Zambales, Provincial Director (PD) Melanie Grace T. Romero has an audience of the ABC officers and members of the municipality of Cabangan during their meeting on July 16, 2021.

The attendance of TESDA in ABC meetings is in compliance to Memorandum No. 545, s. 2019, requiring the presence of TESDA in ABC meetings in order to properly disseminate and promote TESDA programs and services.
