On June 28, 2021, a total of fifty (50) beneficiaries from the municipality of Masinloc who took Automotive Servicing NC I and Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II qualifications under STEP received their starter toolkits held at the Municipal Hall of Masinloc, Zambales.
The distribution was spearheaded by PTC Iba Center Administrator Eugene I. Peñaranda along with Mayor Arsenia J. Lim of Masinloc and Municipal Administrator Adam Mirabel.
