The sponsor of Bread Making Training for New Basuit Producer Cooperative is the Department of Agrarian Reform in coordination and through the help of TESDA BULACAN. The program started on May 18 and lasted on May 22, 2021 the five (5) days training of Bread Making under the full qualification of Bread and Pastry Production NC II was conducted by Mr. Glenn Maenard A. Faustino (TVET Trainer and Accredited Assessor for BPP NC II).
From the duration of training it covers the discussion of Background and History of Bread including the proper usage of Tools and Equipment.
The lucky participants from Basuit San Ildefonso, Bulacan learned to baked Pandesal, Spanish Bread, Buns, Ube Bar, Pandan Bar, Makabayan, Pan De Regla, Chiffon Cake, Banana Bread, Milky Donut, Hotdog Roll, Ensaymada, Cheese Bread, and Pudding which they tried to sell and profited PhP 1500.00. The graduates from this training was expected to gain additional income.
