The TESDA TRES Family mourns the passing of BM Tony Asper. We pray for his Eternal Peace

The whole TESDA community is saddened by the passing of our beloved Board Member Isidro Antonio C. Asper.
BM Tony as he was fondly called, was a staunch advocate of labor rights and movement. His service and contribution to TESDA and its precursor agency, the National Manpower and Youth Council (NMYC) as its Board and Council Member spanned for more than three decades, and has transcended different administrations.
His brilliance, intelligence, principled and progressive stance on labor rights and the role of TVET in the labor market has contributed greatly to what TESDA is now, having led the TESDA Board Direction Setting Committee.
BM Tony, thank you for your service. Rest well in God’s eternal peace.
