Guzman, Chief, of Regional Training Center 3 attended the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony followed by the Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Training Center 3 and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) held at RTC 3 Brgy. Sto. Niño, Magalang, Pampanga

This MOA aims to provide quality training by providing technical assistance to enhance the capabilities of the police officers/personnel in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and attitude for the effective performance of their law enforcement functions.
