Training in Fabric Conditioner Making (Fabcon)
Twenty-three (23) Community Training and Employment Coordinators (CTEC) and staff of the respective Tarlac Local Government Unit (LGU) Public Employment Service Office (PESO) underwent training in Fabric Conditioner Making (Fabcon) with trainer Mary Grace Ocasion of Provincial Training Center – Tarlac on 24 February 2023.
The LGU staff learned the fine points of Fabcon making and what to watch out when mixing the ingedients.
Also, during the training, hosts San Jose and La Paz LGUs and staff participated and enthusiastically facilitated the activity.
