Understanding of the EO 70 framework and the Knowing the Enemy (KTE) Framework

The conduct of Provincial Task Forces Levelling Sessions to the barangays, aims to cascade down to the barangay level the fullest understanding of the EO 70 framework and the Knowing the Enemy (KTE) Framework and provide the experience for a Joint Planning and Alignment of Strategies across Task Forces among others.
Attended by Ms. Antonia Constantino, PGB Provincial Administrator, representative of Governor Daniel R. Fernando who officially addresses the welcome remarks and the JRTF Secretariat, DILG Provincial Director Darwin David for the overview of the activity;
Ka Angel Reyes, National Cadre Team Member from NTF-ELCAC discoursed the Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs) framework (Knowing the Enemy/3 CTG processes 10 CTG major programs, the regional design and front committee operations and CTGs white area operations, red area-white area interplay and counter action.
The EO 70 and 12 National Clusters Framework was delivered by DILG R3 Representative, Ms. Joanna Maureen Marasigan followed by Barangay Development Projects. Engr. Michael Baldonado of NCIP SC Bulacan presented the NCIP & ICCs/IPs Resiliency;
Part of the program is the presentation of PTF-ELCAC significant accomplishments relative to the program. Accomplishments from Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) and last but not the least is the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for the Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC);
The program was joined virtually by 400 participants within the Province of Bulacan
Video message of Sec. Carlito G. Galvez, Jr., Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity, National Action Plan on Covid-19, Chief Implementer and Vaccine Czar ended the duration of the activity.
