WCD Project Barangay Empowerment on Child Abuse Resistance and Elimination – Fight Unwanted Led–Design (BE CAREFUL)

TESDA Tarlac Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey, signed the Memorandum of understanding on the WCD Project Barangay Empowerment on Child Abuse Resistance and Elimination – Fight Unwanted Led–Design (BE CAREFUL) with Tarlac PNP Officials and Private Stakeholders.
The project aims to stop sexual violence from happening through massive information campaign and addressing the factors at the individual, relational, community, and societal levels.
Other signatories were Ms. Evangeline N. Somera, Ms. Gina Hapitan, PLtCol Nilda N. Agnes (Ret), Mr. Roberto L. Magno, Ms. Trixie Joy B. Manalili, Mr. Billy F. Nuqui, and Rev. Ronnel B. de Lima.
