On January 10, 2023, Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez and OIC-Provincial Director Leonardo R. Tabamo had a courtesy call and meeting in honor of Hon. Tarlac’s provincial governor, Susan A. Yap, at the Tarlac Provincial Capitol, Macabulos Drive, Tarlac City.

This meeting aims to improve awareness of the importance of the partnership with local government units (LGUs) in terms of the programs offered.
