Tech4ED Project, successfully donated an equipment package and launched the RTCCL
In support to our commitment to serve our countrymen in building ICT to their respective communities, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Bulacan Province, through the Tech4ED Project, successfully donated an equipment package and launched the RTCCL – Guiguinto Tech4ED Center last December 13, 2022.
This initiative serves as a delivery channel for relevant ICT-enabled services and content for socio-economic development of unserved and underserved communities towards improved quality of life.
The program was formally started by Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, Center Chief, TESDA-Regional Training Center Central Luzon Guiguinto followed by special messages from Engr. Mario Antonio V. Aya-ay, Engr. Mario Antonio V. Aya-ay, DICT Bulacan Provincial Head, and Engr. Petronilo S. Villafuerte, DICT Region 3 Technical and Operations Division Chief.
The presentation of the project was done by the Tech4ED Team.
A special message and acceptance was delivered by Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, TESDA Region 3 Director.
The ceremonial ribbon-cutting ceremony and turnover of equipment was witnessed by the DICT and TESDA representatives.
To formally end the ceremony, Mr. Jeffrey M. Guevarra, Supervising TESDA Specialist, delivered the closing remarks.
