TESDA BATAAN STRENGTHENS INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIP THROUGH EBET

TESDA Bataan continues to strengthen Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) by partnering with local industries to deliver job-ready skills training aligned with the employment needs of the Province of Bataan.

On 05 February 2026, TESDA Bataan awarded Certificates of Training Program Registration (CTPRs) to four industry partners for their approved EBET programs:
• BES Trading Construction and Aircon Services – Installation and Commissioning of Commercial Air-Conditioning Unit
(Leading to Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing NC III)
• Yu-An Spa Traditional Thai & Swedish Massage Co. – Integrated Massage Therapy
(Leading to Massage Therapy NC II)
• Rouvia Road Yacht Design and Construction Corporation – Yacht Carpentry (Boat Woodworking)
• A.B.G. Enterprises – Plumbing NC II

The EBET programs will be implemented in partnership with RTCCL–Mariveles and Electrotechnical Institute Inc., ensuring quality training aligned with industry standards. Messages from Engr. Andres F. Cabalu, Acting Center Chief of RTCCL–Mariveles, and Mr. Jeffrey P. Kinkito, Supervising TESD Specialist of TESDA Bataan, highlighted the vital role of industry partners in developing a skilled and job-ready workforce.

These initiatives directly support employment and livelihood opportunities in key local industries such as construction, tourism and wellness, marine and boatbuilding, and plumbing services, enabling learners to gain hands-on workplace experience and industry-recognized competencies.

Through strong collaboration with industry, TESDA Bataan reaffirms its commitment to producing competent, employable, and future-ready Filipino workers.
