A courtesy call and meeting of TESDA Tarlac Provincial Director Maria-Andaya-Roque, Ed.D., with 3rd District Congressman Noel N. Rivera and Municipal Mayor Noel L. Villanueva of Concepcion, Tarlac, to discuss the implementation of various programs and request assistance on the improvement of the facilities and additional equipment for information and communication technology (ICT) of Concepcion Vocational School on February 20, 2026.

During the discussions, PD Roque emphasized the importance of assistance and partnership coming from the local government unit for the continuous success of convergence programs for the locality in the area. She also mentioned the identified opportunities for improvement as needed by the Concepcion Vocational School as it aims for another recognition from the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC).

The meeting ended viably as everyone declared their strong interest in the programs with full support to work together and help each other for united and progressive action for the public service.
