COMMUNITY-BASED TRAINING (CBT) ON FEBRUARY 09, 2026 AT BARANGAY PAGALANGGANG, DINALUPIHAN, BATAAN

The TESDA Provincial Training Center – Orion, headed by Center Administrator Engr. Aida Estacio, successfully conducted a Community-Based Training (CBT) on February 09, 2026 at Barangay Pagalanggang, Dinalupihan, Bataan. The activity was organized to equip community members with practical and income-generating skills aligned with local livelihood opportunities.

The training covered Meat Processing, specifically the preparation of longganisa, tocino, and embotido, facilitated by Trainer Mariam Salonga. Participants also underwent training in Hand Sanitizer Production, conducted by Engr. Aida Estacio, promoting both entrepreneurial skills and awareness of proper hygiene practices.

A total of 44 participants, composed of 4Ps beneficiaries, farmers and fishermen, OFW returnees, and Kabalikat members, actively engaged in the hands-on sessions, demonstrating strong interest in applying the skills learned for livelihood and community development.

The activity was conducted in strong partnership with the LGU of Dinalupihan, with the supplies and materials generously provided through the full support and commitment of Hon. Mayor German “Tong” Santos, Jr. The successful implementation of the training was further strengthened by the dedicated efforts and close coordination of PESO Manager Hector Lintag, with the support of PESO Coordinator Marlon Sambat and SK Chairperson Jenna Jade Dawangon.
