A PROUD MILESTONE WAS MARKED ON JANUARY 22, 2026

As 20 STEP scholars completed the
Dressmaking NC II training in Pulilan, Bulacan. All graduates passed the national competency
assessment and earned their NC II, proving their readiness for industry-standard work.

The training was spearheaded by the Regional Training Center Central Luzon–Guiguinto, with
the invaluable support of the Local Government Unit of Pulilan, reflecting a strong and sustained
partnership in advancing community-based skills development. More than a ceremony, the
event celebrated a new beginning—transforming trainees into competent, confident, and job-
ready individuals.

With certificates in hand, the graduates are now empowered to pursue employment or start their
own livelihood ventures in the garment and fashion industry, contributing to their families and
the local economy.
