On January 29, 2026, a meeting was held with TESDA Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez, Provincial Director Leonardo E. Pinlac, Ms. Maria Edita D. Hernandez, Supervising TESD Specialist, together with Genlou N. Dela Cruz, Cristina R. Rivera, and Paolo Rosario P. Manese. The discussion was conducted with SIA Engineering (Philippines), headed by Mr. Phyo Sithu, Senior Manager for Operations Base and Line Maintenance, along with his team.

The meeting focused on the company’s intention to register the Load Testing Capacity for Aircraft program with TESDA. During the discussion, SIA Engineering (Philippines) presented its company profile, highlighting its role in aircraft maintenance, repair, and engineering services, as well as its commitment to maintaining international aviation safety and quality standards.

SIA Engineering (Philippines) also presented its plan to offer the Load Testing Capacity for Aircraft program as part of its training initiatives. The primary objective of the meeting was to guide and assist the company in the registration process of the said program with TESDA. The company expressed its goal of training and producing a skilled, competent, and globally competitive workforce, ensuring a clear pathway from enrollment to employment, in partnership with TESDA.
