TESDA Aurora Strengthens Academe Partnership with Mount Carmel College Baler
TESDA Aurora formally entered into a partnership with Mount Carmel College Baler – Higher Education Department through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing on January 31, 2026, signifying another step in supporting technical–vocational education and skills development in the province.

The collaboration was strengthened by the official endorsement of three (3) student-interns from the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program on February 4, 2026. This initiative was made possible through the leadership of Ms. Florabell B. Aragon, Dean of the BSBA Program, and Rev. John Anthony C. Losbañes, Executive Secretary to the Executive Vice President, highlighting the strong commitment of both institutions to student development and career preparedness.

The partnership aims to promote meaningful industry exposure, enrich experiential learning, and strengthen institutional linkages between TESDA and the academic sector. Through this collaboration, students are expected to gain practical skills and real-world experience aligned with industry standards and local workforce demands, contributing to the development of competent and job-ready graduates in Aurora Province.
